Students took their first steps into potentially saving lives this week. The Anthony Nolan Trust were in Varndean College on Monday and Tuesday looking for volunteers aged between 16-30 interested in joining the register of stem cell donators. Students had to simply complete a questionnaire, provide a quick cheek swab and one day could be a match for someone who desperately needs help to save their life.
