This video shows an interview with Rachel Edwards who after being made redundant from her job in retail enrolled on a Varndean College Computerised Accounts course and with the help of Debbie Mallard one of our Outreach Project Workers was introduced to the Breakthrough Project. The project provides one to one support to help retrain in a new field. She is now working fulltime for the Alzheimer’s Society - a real success story.
