Who is this for? This course is for inexperienced as well as experienced writers wanting to improve their understanding of the structure and development of creative writing. What Will I Learn? Help you to identify your strengths and interests as a writer and to value your own resources of memory, observation and voice. Content of the Course This course is specifically for students who wish to write short stories, novels, poetry and/or non-fiction. It will suit new writers as well as those wishing to develop their skills. Writing in a wide range of genres, you will be encouraged to identify your strengths and interests as a writer and to value your own resources of memory, observation and voice. Throughout, exercises and activities are designed to ignite and sustain the writing impulse. Equipment Needed Paper and pen. Work needed to be Done outside of the Classroom As required.
